Details
The Regulator of Social Housing asked for views on their revised regulatory consumer standards which set out the specific expectations and outcomes that all registered providers, including the Council, will be expected to achieve.
As part of this consultation, they are seeking views on a draft Code of Practice to amplify the proposed standards and assist registered providers in understanding how they might achieve compliance.

Individuals (such as tenants, leaseholders and those in temporary accommodation and organisations (such as registered social landlords and tenants and leaseholders associations).
