Enfield hate incident reporting form

Please do not use this form to report any non hate crime incidents.

By filling in this form we will work with partner agencies to tackle the problem reported and find a suitable solution. The case details will also be taken to the next Casework Management Panel meeting. This is a multi-agency group that is made up of various organisations, it is made up of agencies such as Housing Services, Legal Services, Community Safety Unit, Victim Support etc.

The CMP will look at what action has been taken and will try and offer best practice methods.
