Weekly rental rates

• Council tenants and resident leaseholders for vehicle use only maximum £16.48 + water rates where applicable.
• Council tenants and resident leaseholders for storage use only maximum £32.37 + water rates where applicable.
• Non-council tenants or non-resident leaseholders for vehicle or storage use maximum £32.37 + water rates where applicable + VAT.

Please note – garage lettings are subject to an annual rent increase.
