On Thursday 28 November, a by-election took place in Jubilee Ward. The results are as follows:
Ian David Barnes, Labour Party: 853 votes
Katherine Knight, Green Party: 169 votes
Timothy Andrew Martin, Liberal Democrat Party: 94 votes
Khalid Mohammad Khalleck Sadur, Independent: 208 votes
Mohammad Main Uddin, Conservative Party: 691 votes
Neville Kenneth Watson, Reform UK: 149 votes
Ian David Barnes is duly elected as councillor for Jubilee Ward.
The turnout was 21.12%.
