7-minute briefing

7-minute briefings are based on a technique borrowed from the FBI. It is based on research, which suggests that 7 minutes is an ideal time span to concentrate and learn.

Enfield have created briefings that you will be able to use in team briefings, team meetings, reflective supervision and as a tool for discussion with colleagues.
