Residents
You will need to let us know, within 21 days, if there has been a change in your circumstances or if you are no longer entitled to receive a Council Tax discount.
Examples of changes in circumstances include:
- Changes within your household
- Changes to your family situation (through divorce, marriage, separation, or death)
- Changes to your income as this may affect the amount of Council Tax Support you receive

Provide as much information as possible and attach any documents you want us to consider. You should also include a phone number in case we need to contact you.

Landlords
