Enfield Council are required to gather, report and publish tenant satisfaction measures data (PDF, 268.22 KB). This allows tenants to have a great transparency about the council's performance.
Last year, we commissioned BMG Research to carry out the survey of residents. View information about the 2023 to 2024 survey and questionnaire (PDF, 469.77 KB).
BMG will once again be providing the surveys for residents this year, with interviews taking place through autumn 2024.
Service improvement plan
The Council Housing Service is dedicated to enhancing its offerings by using performance data and resident feedback to create a robust service improvement work plan. This plan is designed to address areas highlighted by complaints and performance metrics, ensuring a stronger, more responsive service for our residents.
