The Government’s Regulator of Social Housing has introduced a new framework to evaluate the quality of homes and services provided by social housing landlords in England.
Starting from 1 April 2023, Enfield Council will be required to gather, report and publish Tenant Satisfaction Measures (PDF, 242.48 KB) data. This is to make sure tenants have greater transparency regarding the council’s performance.
Service improvement plan
The council housing service is dedicated to enhancing its offerings by leveraging performance data and resident feedback to create a robust service improvement work plan. This plan is designed to address areas highlighted by complaints and performance metrics, ensuring a stronger, more responsive service for our residents.
These efforts are part of the Council Housing Service Plan for 2024 to 2025 (PDF, 221.51 KB), which outlines a comprehensive approach to service improvement.
