Disabled person's parking permit (Blue Badge)

If you're disabled, you can apply for a Blue Badge which allows you to park closer to your destination without purchasing a ticket.

In Enfield, you can park for an unlimited time in the following areas:

Blue Badges should always be displayed with the clock adjusted to display the time when parking on a yellow line restriction, as the time period is limited to 3 hours. You can use your Blue Badge in any vehicle, whether you are the driver or a passenger.

Before applying, you should find out who can get a blue badge. You will need to provide proof of identity, address and any benefits you receive. If your application is successful, we will require a photograph of you for your Blue Badge and a £10 payment. We will contact you shortly after your application with details on how to provide this.

Blue Badges are normally valid for 3 years (before needing to reapply), with the following exceptions:

A decision may take up to 12 weeks. It may take longer if your application needs to be sent to our expert assessors who are medically qualified. This additional length of time will depend on the evidence you provide and any further evidence we need to see.

Your application is important to us, thank you for your patience.
