We offer a faster and more efficient service for lawful development certificates for Class A, B, C, D, and E applications.
The cost for this service is £200 plus VAT (total £240), making it a cost-effective option for those needing a quicker turnaround time.
How to apply
To use the Fast Track Decision Service, you must email planning.support@enfield.gov.uk to request the service. Do not make any payment at this point.
Each request must include the following details:
- Name, address, phone number, and email address of the applicant or agent
- Site address
- Planning Portal reference number
We will assess each application within 5 working days of submission to make sure it meets the requirements for the Fast Track Service, and will request payment if it is acceptable.
The team will issue a decision within 15 working days from the date payment is received or validation, whichever is later.
Please note: this service does not guarantee the outcome, and we reserve the right to refuse requests based on resources and availability.
