Housing Action Plan
Our Housing Delivery Action Plan identifies actions to support the delivery of planned housing growth across the borough, and responds to the results of the government's Housing Delivery Test.
We will review and update the Housing Action Plan where appropriate, to respond to future Housing Delivery Test results.

Annual Monitoring Report
We are required to keep the Local Plan preparation process under review and to produce a monitoring report. The Annual Monitoring Report assesses the implementation of policies contained within the Local Plan documents.
