We regularly inspect and maintain street name plates, sometimes known as street name signs or street signs, on our roads and pavements. You can report if a street name plate is damaged, missing or faded.
If you saw a vehicle collision with the sign, please provide the vehicle registration number in your report.
We will investigate the problem within 10 working days. If we think the damage may be dangerous based on the information you give us, we aim to investigate sooner. If we find it is dangerous, we will repair the damage within 24 hours.
All other necessary repairs which are not dangerous will be carried out within 6 to 8 weeks.
We will replace a missing street name plate within 8 weeks.
