Notice is hereby given by the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield (the council) pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 intend to grant a lease of an area of public open space at Pymmes Park, London, N18 1SA, being Pymmes Park Visitors Centre, (the property), for a term of up to 6 years.

The property is shown for the purpose of identification edged in red on a plan which is available to inspect at the public notice board by the main entrance to the London Borough of Enfield, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3XA. A copy of the plan is also available to view below. The plan is for illustration purposes only.

By virtue of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal. Any person who objects to the proposed disposal must lodge his or her objection in writing by email to section123notices@enfield.gov.uk, or by writing to:
